     The mission of W.E.M. Distributors is to effectively and efficiently manage each pool table project according to the customer's specifications.

      Each W.E.M. customer is assigned a Service Project Manager and an Installation Specialist.  We offer only our undivided attentions to ensure all demands are met and that your pool table is delivered and installed properly.

  • Felt Recovery    felt included      $300.00

         Our 21-oz Championship Invitational billiard felt is $12.50 per foot.  Two feet are needed for the rails.  An 8-foot pool table would then require ten feet of cloth.  All colors are all priced equally.  We also can provide cloth by Olhausen, Hayneworth of England, Mali Cloth Company, and Iwan Simonis.  Tournament / worsted (Iwan Simonis) felts carry a $189.99 upcharge

         It is the toprails and playing surface that you see.  Nothing revives your pool table better than fresh cloth.  Make your old table new again!

  • New Cushions   installed     $299 - $349

           Press in on your rail cushions.  If your cushions feel hard to the touch it is because the natural rubber product has fossilized.  This is easy to fix.  We only need to remove the old rubber from the rail, and then sand the contact surface clean.  Next, the fresh rubber has to be sized and cut to accomodate your rails.  A smooth layer of contact cement bonds your new cushions fast.

  • Disassemble                                $150

         At W.E.M. Distributors, we specialize in transporting pool tables.  It is vital to your pool table that it is moved only when properly disassembled.  Not all parts of your pool table are load-bearing.  This being said, improper transportation will cause severe damage to the constructive components of your pool table.  Our experienced installation specialists will guarantee peace of mind from point A to point B.

  • Reassemble                                 $300
    Reassemble       including new felt        $400

    We will reassemble your new table or your old table from storage.  This will constitute a full installation.  This means we will precision level the pool table to 5/1000" and render the three slate slabs seamless.

  • Level    @ foundation only                    $50
    Level    @ foundation & play. surface       $275

         To acheive sufficient level for gameplay, pool tables require leveling both at the foundation (or legs) and at the playing surface.  It is common to disrupt the level at the legs and this is easier to fix - $50.00.  However, if the playing surface is not level then the process is much more involved.  The table will require a complete reinstallation - $275 (regular assembly rate.)

  • Travel      forty miles free     $1.00 per mile

         We offer free delivery and transportation up to forty miles, round trip.  After forty miles a travel fee of $1.00/mile will be applied to the invoice upon completion.

  • Upstairs                          $40 per flight

         Unless elevator access is available, a stair fee will be collected.  The charge of $40.00 per flight of stairs is included upon completion.
